- National ID Card/National Identity Number (NIN)
- Guarantor’s slip
- Certificate of Birth or Certificate of Birth or Declaration of Age
- Certificate of Origin
- WASSCE, NECO or GCE and MS, B.Sc., HND or OND Certificate
- NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate.
- Printout of application submission confirmation page
- White Polo and shorts with Canvas
- Writing materials
- Passport photographs (four copies).
