How to Check the ADSUBEB Shortlisted Candidates 2024/2025

To check the ADSUBEB shortlisted candidates, follow the steps below:

  • Visit the ADSUBEB recruitment portal at www.adamawastate.gov.ng
  • Use the details you used to apply for the recruitment to access the website.
  • Once logged in, scroll to where you’ll see “Shortlisted”
  • After some time, the list will be displayed. Go through the list and check for your name.
  • If you prefer to download the list, scroll to where you’ll see “Download” and click on it.
  • The list will be downloaded in PDF and you can access it via your PDF reader.
  • If you do not want to check the list online, you can check your email for a notification stating that you were successful. This email will also contain details of the screening exercise so take note of them.

Required Documents for the ADSUBEB Screening

Candidates who find their names on the list of successful candidates are eligible for screening. They are to attend the screening with original and copies of the documents lusted below:-

  • Recent Passport photographs
  • Certificate of L.G.A of Origin (Local Government Identification)
  • Print out of your registration slip
  • Certificate of State of Origin duly signed
  • Educational certificates (Primary Six School Leaving Certificate, Senior Secondary School Certificate, B.SC, B.ED, B.A (Ed), HND, OND, or NCE certificate from a recognized institution)
  • Birth Certificate (the National Population Commission) or Affidavit of Declaration of Age
  • A valid means of identity such as a Valid Driver’s License, National ID Card, National Identification Number (NIN), Nigerian International Passport, Voters card
  • A copy of the printout of the reply to your online application
  • Bank Verification Number (BVN)

Please remember, attendance is mandatory and candidates who do not attend will be penalized.
