- Candidates must be citizens of Nigeria
- Candidates must have a First School Leaving Certificate(FLSC)
- Candidates must have an O’Level certificate (SSCE, NECO, or GCE) with credits in at least five subjects including Mathematics and English. All these must be gotten in not more than two sittings.
