Applications are now open for the 2025 Nestle Nigeria Plc Technical Training Programme. Nestlé Nigeria is seeking applications from self-driven, motivated and qualified young individuals from Nigeria who have sound character and learning agility to undertake an intensive 18-month training programme on Technical Skills Development at Nestle’s Technical Training Centre.

Nestle Nigeria Technical Training Programme is seeking self-driven, motivated and qualified young individuals to equip with technical skills at our Technical Training Center in Agbara, Sagamu & Abuja .

The training program will lead to the award of a Nestle Certificate of Participation. In addition, Nestle Nigeria Technical Training Program will prepare trainees for the City and Guilds of London Technician Awards in Engineering.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate must have:
Maximum of Lower Credit in National Diploma (ND) issued by a Nigerian Polytechnic not earlier than 2022 in any of the following (or related) field of study:

Mechanical Engineering
Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Electrical / Installation & Maintenance Engineering
Applied Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (Mechatronics)
Industrial Measurement and Control/Instruments Mechanics Work
Automation Engineering
Mechatronics and other related core engineering qualifications

Minimum of Four (4) O-Level Credits or its equivalent obtained in One (1) Sitting in Mathematics, English Language, Physics and one other science related course.

The Nestle Nigeria Technical Training Program is facilitated by the Nestle Technical Training Centre (NTTC) in Nigeria, where Nestle Technical Trainees are taught to convert their theoretical classroom knowledge into practical skills.

The Nestle Nigeria Technical Training 2025 will last for 18 months. Students will be engaged in rigorous theoretical and practical training. Exposure to industrial work experience in the various plants within our factory location.

They will participate in continuous assessment processes and appraisals. The programme will focus on three (3) core disciplines:
